Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to Digital India Solutions are generally non-refundable once the project, campaign, or service has been initiated. Since our team invests time, planning, technical resources, and professional expertise from the beginning of every project, these efforts cannot be recovered after work has started.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If a client accidentally makes multiple payments for the same service, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
• Cancellation Before Work Begins: If the client requests cancellation before any work has been initiated, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges.
• Service Not Started: If Digital India Solutions has not commenced the agreed service within the committed timeline and no work has been delivered, a refund request may be reviewed.

Non-Refundable Services

• Website development work already completed or partially delivered.
• SEO services already performed.
• Google Ads and social media advertising budgets already utilized.
• Graphic designing, logo designing, and content creation services after delivery.
• Domain registration, hosting charges, SSL certificates, and third-party subscriptions.
• Projects delayed due to lack of communication or delayed approvals from the client.

Project Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation by sending a written request through email. Cancellation requests made before the commencement of work may be eligible for review. Once the project or marketing campaign has started, cancellation requests will not qualify for refunds.

No Guarantee Policy

Digital India Solutions does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, leads, or business results from SEO, social media marketing, or advertising services. Digital marketing results depend on market competition, search engine algorithms, and various external factors beyond our control.
